Week 13

Oh man, pancake breakfast was a blast! Students enjoyed food and came into the classroom full of energy and enthusiasm. It was a good thing we had the rock band assembly to burn some of the energy! 4R and 4W became a hit dancing in the bleachers to some awesome music! A few reminders about our short week next week. We have a full day on Monday and on Tuesday students need to be in formal dress (boys must wear pants) for their Grandparents Day performance. Tuesday is a 11AM dismissal.

This week in math we reviewed for our math test. Students got to take their test on Wednesday and Thursday. They will be receiving some graded work on Monday to take home. Be on the lookout for a parent signature sheet. Next math unit coming up is a 4th grade favorite. WORD PROBLEMS! The world problem unit is short which will be good. In science we completed our labs on how sound can not travel without air. We will have one more full week of science before we take the test. The last lab of this unit will be about wavelength!
